Expert Advice for Tamperproof Boards
Q: Is this board waterproof?
A: No, it is for indoor use. While it offers excellent protection, it is not sealed against driving rain. It is ideal for indoor corridors, receptions, and lobbies. For outdoor use, select our "External" range.
Q: How many A4 sheets does it hold?
A: It holds 12 x A4 sheets. This 4ft x 3ft board allows you to display a grid of 4 sheets across and 3 sheets down, offering significant capacity.
Q: Is the door glass?
A: No, it is shatterproof PET. We use a high-quality clear plastic glazing that is much safer than glass, as it will not shatter into dangerous shards if hit.
Q: How many keys come with it?
A: Two keys are supplied. This allows you to have a master key and a spare, or issue keys to two different authorised users.
Q: Can I use magnets?
A: No, this is a felt pinboard. You should use standard push pins or Velcro tabs to attach your notices. We do sell magnetic versions separately if required.
Q: How does it mount to the wall?
A: Through the inside. The fixing points are located inside the case (accessible only when the door is open), meaning the fixings are hidden and the board cannot be stolen when locked.
Q: Can I mount it portrait?
A: Yes. The board can be rotated to be mounted in Portrait format (900mm wide x 1200mm high). The door will simply hinge from the side.
Q: Why choose the Grey version?
A: Grey is modern and neutral. It is the preferred choice for architects and facility managers as it blends with modern office furniture and doesn't clash with different poster colours.
