Display Frame FAQs
What is the difference between a snap frame and a lockable case?
A Snap Frame opens from the front with your fingers for very fast changes (best for indoors). A Lockable Case has a hinged door with a key lock and is usually waterproof (best for outdoors or security).
Are these waterproof?
Our Lockable Outdoor Cases are waterproof and sealed. Standard Snap Frames are generally not waterproof, though we do sell specific "Waterproof Snap Frames" which include a rubber seal for exterior use.
How do I mount them?
Both types are wall-mounted. Snap frames have pre-drilled holes hidden under the frame profile. Lockable cases have fixing holes through the back panel. Screws and rawl plugs are usually provided.
Do they come with the plastic cover?
Yes. All our frames come with a clear, flexible PVC or PETG cover sheet. This is UV-stable (anti-glare) to protect your poster from fading in sunlight and from dust/fingerprints.
Can I buy replacement covers?
Yes. If your cover sheet gets scratched or damaged over time, we stock replacement anti-glare covers in all standard sizes (A4-A0) so you can refresh your frame without buying a new one.
