Q: Why choose a 1600mm desk?
A: The 1600mm width offers significant extra space compared to standard desks. It is perfect for users with dual or triple monitors, or those who need to review large format documents (A3/A2) without moving their keyboard.
Q: Can the pedestal fit on either side?
A: Yes. The pedestal is designed to be universal. You can bolt it to the left or right hand side of the frame during assembly to suit your personal preference or room layout.
Q: How stable is the frame?
A: Extremely. We use a "welded double upright cantilever leg frame". This heavy-duty triangulation prevents the desk from racking (wobbling side-to-side), even when supporting heavy equipment.
Q: What does the 10-year warranty cover?
A: It covers the structural integrity of the steel frame and the melamine desktop against manufacturing defects for a full decade. It's your guarantee of commercial quality.
Q: How thick is the top?
A: The desktop is 25mm thick. This commercial standard thickness ensures the surface remains flat and rigid, unlike thinner domestic desks that can bow under load.
Q: Does it include cable management?
A: Yes. Two cable access ports are pre-drilled in the rear corners. These allow you to drop monitor and peripheral cables neatly through the desk, keeping the large surface area clear.
Q: Are the drawers lockable?
A: Yes. The pedestal is centrally locked via the top drawer, securing your stationery and files. Keys are provided.
Q: Is delivery included?
