Q: How do I submit my artwork?
A: You must place your order first. Once confirmed, we will email you the design template and upload instructions. You simply reply with your artwork file, and we will check it before production.
Q: What is on the back?
A: The rear of the unit is fitted with a specialized blackout fabric panel. This prevents light from escaping out the back and reflects it forward, increasing the brightness of your front graphic.
Q: Does it need a power supply?
A: Yes. It requires a standard 240V mains socket. The unit comes with a transformer and a UK 3-pin plug. The cable is usually around 2-3m long.
Q: Can I change the graphic?
A: Yes. The system is designed for long-term use. You can order replacement backlit fabric prints for your next campaign. The silicone edge graphics (SEG) push easily into the frame groove.
Q: Is it easy to transport?
A: Yes. The frame breaks down into smaller sections, and the fabric folds up. Everything fits into a compact padded carry bag (included) which is very light (6.4kg) and easy to carry.
Q: How long does assembly take?
A: One person can assemble the frame in less than 10 minutes. The sections slot together without tools, and the feet twist out for instant stability.
Q: Is delivery included?
A: Yes, Free UK Mainland Delivery is included. We package the lightbox securely to ensure the LED components arrive in perfect condition.
Q: Can I use it double-sided later?
A: Technically yes, you could remove the blackout panel and add a second print, but the frame profile (60mm) is optimised for single-sided use. For true double-sided impact, we recommend our dedicated double-sided models which have a deeper profile for even light distribution on both sides.
