Q: How do I submit my artwork?
A: You must place your order first. Once confirmed, we will email you the design template and upload instructions. You simply reply with your artwork file, and we will check it before production.
Q: Is it safe for the car tyre?
A: Yes. The drive-on base plate is flat and smooth. It will not damage the tyre. Simply drive the wheel onto the plate and stop.
Q: Is the print double sided?
A: No. This is a single-sided flag. The image is printed on one side and "bleeds" through to the other side (approx 90% visibility), showing a mirror image on the reverse. This is standard for outdoor flags to keep them lightweight.
Q: Will it withstand strong winds?
A: Yes. The glass fibre pole is designed to bend in the wind, and the base allows it to rotate. However, we recommend taking flags down in gale-force winds (25mph+) to prolong the life of the fabric.
Q: Can I use it without a car?
A: No. The drive-on base requires the weight of a vehicle to be stable. If you need to use it on open ground, you would need to purchase a separate Ground Spike or Water Base.
Q: Is the flag washable?
A: Yes. The fabric can be machine washed at 30°C with everyday detergent. This is essential for forecourts where flags can pick up road dust and exhaust fumes over time.
Q: How long does assembly take?
A: Assembly takes less than 5 minutes. Slot the pole sections together, thread the flag on, tension the cord, and slot it into the base.
Q: Is delivery included?
A: Yes, Free UK Mainland Delivery is included. We package the pole and base securely to ensure they arrive ready for your event.
