Q: How do I submit my artwork?
A: You must place your order first. Once confirmed, we will email you the design template and upload instructions. You simply reply with your artwork file, and we will check it before production.
Q: Does it have internal shelves?
A: No. This particular pop-up fabric model is designed for maximum portability and speed of assembly, so it features a hollow interior. However, there is plenty of floor space inside to hide bags, boxes of brochures, or coats out of sight.
Q: Is the top durable?
A: Yes. The countertop is made from a sturdy wooden board with a sleek black finish. It is strong enough to support laptops, tablets, and lead capture boxes, and can be wiped clean after use.
Q: How many people can stand behind it?
A: At 1950mm wide, this counter comfortably accommodates two people standing side-by-side with plenty of personal workspace, making it ideal for busy registration desks or joint presentations.
Q: Is it difficult to transport?
A: Despite its large size, the entire unit breaks down into a single carry bag and weighs approximately 21kg. It is manageable for one person to wheel or carry short distances, or fits easily into a standard car boot.
Q: Can I change the graphic later?
A: Yes. The fabric graphic wraps around the frame and is secured with Velcro or silicone edging. You can purchase a replacement graphic for your next event and reuse the existing hardware and top.
Q: Is the fabric washable?
A: Yes. The dye-sublimation print is permanent and bonded to the fibre. If the graphic gets dirty during an event, you can machine wash it at 30°C to keep it looking fresh for the next show.
