Q: How do I submit my artwork?
A: You must place your order first. Once confirmed, we will email you the design template and upload instructions. You simply reply with your artwork file, and we will check it before production.
Q: Is the print double-sided?
A: Yes. The price includes printing on both sides of the fabric cover. You can have the same image on both sides or two completely different designs to maximise your marketing potential.
Q: Is it easy to assemble?
A: Yes. The frame uses simple push-button connectors (like a tent pole). Due to the 4m width, we recommend two people assemble it to make it easier to lift the graphic over the frame, but it requires no tools.

Q: Is the fabric washable?
A: Yes. The dye-sublimation print is permanent. You can machine wash the fabric at 30°C if it gets dirty during transport or setup, keeping your large display looking pristine.

A: Yes. The frame is designed for long-term use. You can simply order a new replacement fabric graphic for your next major event and reuse the existing hardware.
