Q: How do I submit my artwork?
A: You must place your order first. Once confirmed, we will email you the design template and upload instructions. You simply reply with your artwork file, and we will check it before production.
Q: Is the print double-sided?
A: Yes. The price includes printing on both sides of the fabric cover. You can have the same image on both sides or two completely different designs, giving you flexibility for different events.
Q: Will it fit in a 3m shell scheme?
A: Yes. The frame is exactly 3000mm wide. In a standard shell scheme, you may need to place it slightly forward or angle it if the booth width is exactly 2970mm (due to posts), but it is designed as a primary backdrop for this size.
Q: How stable is it?
A: The unit features two robust flat metal feet that extend perpendicular to the frame. These provide excellent stability for the 3m wide structure on carpeted or hard floors.
Q: Is the fabric washable?
A: Yes. The dye-sublimation print is permanent. You can machine wash the fabric at 30°C if it gets dirty during transport or setup, keeping your display looking professional.
Q: Can I order a replacement graphic?
A: Yes. The aluminium frame is durable and reusable. You can simply order a new replacement fabric graphic for your next show and slip it onto the existing frame.
Q: Is it easy to transport?
A: Yes. Despite its large assembled size, the frame breaks down into sections that fit into a small padded carry bag. The whole kit weighs just 6.9kg, making it very easy to transport.

A: Yes, Free UK Mainland Delivery is included. We ensure your large-format backdrop is delivered safely and ready for your exhibition.
