Q: How do I submit my artwork?
A: You must place your order first. Once confirmed, we will email you the design template and upload instructions. You simply reply with your artwork file, and we will check it before production.
Q: Does it need a power supply?
A: Yes. It requires a standard 240V mains socket. The unit comes with a UK 3-pin plug and transformer. The LEDs are low voltage (24V), making them safe and cheap to run.
Q: Can I change the graphics?
A: Yes. The system is designed for lifetime use. You can simply order new backlit fabric prints for your next campaign. The silicone edge graphics (SEG) push easily into the frame groove without tools.
Q: Is it easy to transport?
A: Yes. The frame breaks down into sections, and the fabric folds up. Everything fits into a specially designed padded carry bag (included) which can be carried by one person or transported in a car.
Q: Is the light even?
A: Yes. We use premium OSRAM-style LED modules with specialized lenses that disperse light evenly across the fabric, preventing the "striping" effect seen on cheaper lightboxes.
Q: How long does assembly take?
A: One person can assemble the frame in about 10-15 minutes. The electrical connections are integrated into the frame sections or simple push-connectors, so no wiring expertise is needed.
Q: Is delivery included?
