Q: How do I submit my artwork?
A: You must place your order first. Once confirmed, we will email you the design template and upload instructions. You simply reply with your artwork file, and we will check it before production.
Q: Is the print double-sided?
A: Yes. The price includes printing on both sides of the fabric cover. You can have the same image on both sides or two completely different designs at no extra cost.
Q: How many people are needed to assemble it?
A: Due to the size (5m wide), we recommend two people for assembly. This makes it easier to connect the frame sections and slide the large fabric graphic over the structure without it touching the floor.
Q: Is the fabric washable?
A: Yes. The dye-sublimation print is permanent and bonded to the fibre. You can machine wash the fabric at 30°C if it gets dirty during an event, keeping your brand looking fresh.
Q: Can I order a replacement graphic?
A: Yes. The hardware is designed to last for years. You can simply order a new replacement fabric graphic for your next campaign and reuse the existing frame.
Q: How stable is the 5m curved design?
A: The expansive 5m width combined with the deep curve (approx 1000mm) provides exceptional stability. It stands securely on its own without needing external feet, even in busy exhibition halls.
Q: Is it easy to transport?
A: Yes, considering its assembled size. The entire 5m wall breaks down into a single padded carry bag that weighs just 9.9kg. It fits easily into a car boot or can be checked as standard luggage.
