- Cancellations: We always endeavour to reduce cancellation costs. However, please note a partial or entire charge may be levied to cover material costs and administrative fees if a made-to-order line is cancelled.

Q: How do I submit my artwork?
A: You must place your order first. Once confirmed, we will email you the design template and upload instructions. You simply reply with your artwork file, and we will check it before production.
Q: Is the print double-sided?
A: Yes. The price includes printing on both sides of the fabric cover. You can have the same image on both sides or two completely different designs at no extra cost.
Q: How easy is it to assemble?
A: Very easy. The aluminium tubes connect with numbered push-button clips (like a tent pole). Once the frame is built, you simply slide the fabric sock over the top and zip it up at the bottom. It takes about 10 minutes.
Q: Is the fabric washable?
A: Yes. The dye-sublimation print is permanent and bonded to the fibre. You can machine wash the fabric at 30°C if it gets dirty during an event, keeping your brand looking fresh.
Q: Can I order a replacement graphic?
A: Yes. The hardware is designed to last for years. You can simply order a new replacement fabric graphic for your next campaign and reuse the existing frame.
Q: How stable is the 3m curved design?
A: The curve provides excellent stability by creating a wide footprint. It stands securely on its own without needing large feet. However, in high-traffic areas, ensure it is placed where people won't lean heavily on it.
Q: Is it easy to transport?
A: Extremely. The entire 3m wall breaks down into a small padded carry bag that weighs just 6.4kg. It can easily be carried on a train, in a car, or taken as checked luggage on a flight.

A: Yes, Free UK Mainland Delivery is included. We ensure your custom-printed backdrop is delivered safely and ready for your exhibition.
