Q: Will our caretaking staff have to put these together?
A: No, not at all. We dispatch these tables 100% fully assembled. You can slide them straight out of the delivery lorry and directly into your teaching spaces.
Q: What is a "Crushed Bent" frame?
A: This refers to a specialised metal base where the front legs overlap slightly. This geometry allows the desks to slide directly over one another from the front, letting you rapidly nest them up to eight units high without complex lifting.
Q: Why is the PU Edge highly recommended for primary schools?
A: The Duraform Polyurethane (PU) edge is sprayed on in liquid form, creating a completely seamless, waterproof bond with the MDF. It is incredibly robust and prevents younger children from picking or snapping the edge off, ensuring the table lasts significantly longer.
Q: Can we use these in our secondary school?
A: We do not recommend it. The 1100x550mm width and the maximum height of 640mm are exclusively designed for early years up to age 11. For secondary use, please select our larger 1200x600mm models in taller height brackets.
Q: Can I mix and match the surface, frame, and edge colours?
A: Yes, you have ultimate control. You can pair any of the 15 laminate hues with the 5 available PU edge tints and 4 frame paints to achieve a highly customised aesthetic.
Q: How sustainable are these desks?
A: Exceptionally green. The heavy-duty MDF is forged using salvaged wood fibres that would otherwise go to waste, massively reducing the product's ecological footprint.
Q: When can we expect our order to arrive?
A: As each unit is custom-cast to your order, please anticipate a 4-week delivery window. We urge schools to plan ahead if purchasing for the September back-to-school rush.
Q: What does the 5-year guarantee cover?
A: Your 5-year commercial warranty guards against major manufacturing flaws, specifically protecting the stability of the steel framework, the PU edge bonding, and the laminate surfacing.
