Q: Are the colours mixed or reversible?
A: The panels are reversible. Each individual panel has Royal Blue fabric on one side and Neutral Grey on the reverse. You can set up the whole board to be all Blue, all Grey, or flip one panel to have a mixed colour scheme.
Q: Can I use this board in a straight line?
A: Yes, provided the feet are used. The supplied flat steel feet allow the board to stand safely in a straight 1800mm wide line. Without the feet, you would need to angle the panels into a "V" shape for stability.
Q: How do the panels connect together?
A: They use a secure locking hinge system. The panels slot into the upright poles and are locked in place using a panel key (supplied). This is more robust than a simple folding hinge and prevents the board from wobbling.
Q: Is it suitable for displaying heavy framed art?
A: Yes, for moderate weights. The aluminium frame and dense core can support framed photos or artwork if pinned securely or hung using hook-over clips. It is stronger than lightweight foam-core boards.
Q: What is the total size of the display area?
A: The total area is 1800mm x 1800mm. This is split into two vertical panels, each measuring 900mm wide by 1800mm high.
Q: Is the fabric Velcro friendly?
A: Yes, the Loop Nylon surface works perfectly with Velcro. Hook-side Velcro tape or coins will grip the fabric firmly, making it ideal for exhibitions where you need to put up and take down posters quickly.
Q: Can I separate the panels and use them individually?
A: Technically yes, if they have their own feet. However, the kit is designed to work as a linked set. If you separate them, you may need additional uprights or feet to make them stand independently.
Q: Is this product fire rated?
