A: You must place your order first. Once confirmed, we will email you the design template and instructions. You then reply to that email with your print-ready file, and we will check it before production.

A: Yes. The 340gsm polypropylene material is waterproof and durable enough for outdoor use. However, for long-term outdoor installation in high winds, we recommend a mesh or heavy-duty PVC banner with eyelets.
