Freestanding Board FAQs
Can these be used as room dividers?
Yes. Our larger mobile screens and folding kits are widely used as temporary partitions in offices and schools. They provide visual privacy and acoustic dampening while doubling as a display surface.
Are they easy to assemble?
Yes. Most of our freestanding units are designed for quick assembly. Folding kits often come pre-hinged, while mobile stands usually just require the legs/castors to be bolted on with the supplied tools.
What is the difference between Felt and Loop Nylon?
Felt is suitable for pins. Loop Nylon is a tougher, Velcro-friendly fabric that accepts both pins and Velcro coins. If you plan to change displays frequently at exhibitions, Loop Nylon is recommended.
Do the wheels lock?
Yes. Our mobile noticeboards are fitted with locking castors (brakes). This ensures that once you have positioned the board, it stays stable and safe while you are pinning items to it.
Can I have different colours on each side?
Standard stock items usually have the same colour on both sides. However, for bulk orders or specific projects, bespoke colour combinations may be possible. Please contact our sales team to discuss custom requirements.
