Mobile Whiteboard FAQs
Is the mobile whiteboard difficult to assemble?
No. Boards are supplied flat-packed for safe transport, but assembly is straightforward. Simply bolt the uprights to the crossbar base, attach the castors, and slot the board into the pivot mechanism. All tools are included.
Does the board wobble when I write on it?
Our boards are designed for stability. Locking castors prevent the base from rolling, and the pivot mechanism features a friction lock or handle to stop the board from spinning while you write.
What is the difference between standard and enamel surfaces?
Standard Coated Steel is excellent for general office use. Vitreous Enamel is a glass-hard surface that is virtually scratch-proof and easier to clean, recommended for heavy daily use in schools and universities.
Can I move the board between different buildings?
The large castors are designed for smooth indoor floors. While they can handle door thresholds, we do not recommend rolling them across rough outdoor tarmac or gravel as this can damage the wheels.
Does the freestanding unit come with a pen tray?
Yes. Most of our mobile units feature a full-width integrated pen tray along the bottom of the frame, ensuring your markers and erasers move with the board.
